Rick Fullerton

I met Rick when he was working for Canada’s public service. He later became Deputy Principal for the Canadian Centre for Management Development and played a key role in transforming the Centre in support of La Relève and in establishing professional coaching in the federal public service.

Rick is a leadership consultant and Certified Human Resources Professional, and holds a Ph.D. in organizational behavior. He currently teaches graduate level courses at Dalhousie University’s Faculty of Management and the School of Public Administration, in addition to consulting on high-leverage change initiatives for international companies and federal agencies and departments.
